About Kath
When I started making bread I was terrible at it. However, I was determined to get better at making bread. I read a lot of bread books and I practised making a lot of bread and I cracked it. I was finally able to make great tasting bread to share with family and friends. Bread became my passion and in 2014 I decided to set up a cookery school so that I could share all the tips and tricks that I had learned with others. Veg Patch Kitchen Cookery School was born and I am very proud to have helped many people make great bread at home.
